This thread is for feedback targeted at specific content found in demo v1.0.2c. Feel free to participate and share your thoughts!

1. Which were your favorite type elective classes so far and why? Likewise, which ones did you not enjoy and why?

2. Which parts of the visual novel do you think were too long/boring? Likewise, which parts did you think were too short (no, "the entire demo" doesn't count!).

Keep in mind that if you didn't like something and offer suggestions to improve it, that your suggestion isn't something that'll overly complicate the game. For example, Charmander is guaranteed to be your starter Pokémon, while Blue and Leaf will get Squirtle and Bulbasaur, respectively. As much as we would love to give players three, five, 10, 50 or whatever choices, having so many options makes it much more difficult/tedious for us to write content in the future as not every Pokémon would have the same personalities. In addition, there are factors of plot and themes we want to run with in this story.

So if you said something like, "I'm not happy that we only have Charmander as a choice, you should give us more options for the first Pokémon." Well, we'd love to, but we can't in the grand scheme of things.

Hello

1.
favorite type elective classes is Fire and dragon because the best pokemon are fire or dragon.
electivee the least favorite are normal and flying because their attacks are universal and qualque pokemon can have such attacks and these specialties.

2.
So far I found no annoying part, if you are playing the first time, so continue to do a good job.

But I think there should be more pokemon initial, I'm happy with Charmander because I chose to fire but could have more pokemon initial for people who chose, for example grass perhaps a teecko would be cool or the water a Oshawott, or who choose electricity pichu one, it would be more interesting.

But continem up the good work for the demo this 5 stars

One more thing, I love the Red but maybe when the game is complete could for a system where you can choose a your character, the character used in the games of pokemon, like the caracter of black and white or the caracter o green.

and I wish there more forward to honor the first users this forum and who tested the game, such as could by:

beta testers:

A thing in the credits referencing the people who trialled and tested the game would be nice, plus I'm in that list so I'm all for it ;)

1.
Either Grass or Flying. Skyla is adorable in the flying elective, with the Pokemon Rangers thing, and we didn't get to see much during the first day of the grass elective, but I'm excited how it will be with both Leaf and Brendan in there.

2.
As for the second question, I found most of the room mate options that weren't Brendan boring honestly. Calem and Cheren especially, although this is just personal taste. One thing I did like in those routes was how serious Hilda was, Serena, and Hilbert being kinda anti-social and a dick, but pretty cool too. As for too short, I think the elective classes on the first day were a bit too short, but other then that, no real issues.

I do think Serena is quite an upbeat, friendly albeit a little bit shy girl... she comes off as slightly snarky, and I'm not sure where her coming from a higher background came from.

1.) Although I have not done every single type elective; the electric type elective, and the fighting type elective stuck out to me. Instructor Surge is a very interesting teacher, and I can't wait to see what else he'll bring to the table; not to mention the potential for development character-wise between Surge and Tierno. Then with the fighting type elective, I partially blame it on the fact I was replaying the game with a friend, and we chose this route. "Marshal Sensei" is one of those characters that is hilarious when read out-loud, with his random uses of Japanese.

I know a lot of my focus on the electives I enjoyed were the teachers; but I feel like the teachers were a large part of the first day (which makes sense, as it's our first introduction to them, so the player should get a feel for how the teachers will be in the rest of the year).

As far as ones I disliked... while I definitely liked some more than others, I can't say I disliked any of the ones I've partaken in. Though my opinion my change if I try a few of the ones I still haven't (such as Dragon, Normal, Fairy, or Rock), which I plan to, and will give my feedback if I really enjoy or dislike any of the ones I haven't played yet.

2.) The entire demo was too short. I want more. x_x Nah, jokes aside, I never really felt like anything dragged on too much. I suppose the monologue at the very beginning of the game was a little lengthy, but anything that really was "long" in my opinion, was charming enough to keep me invested the entire time. So while some parts were long-winded, as long as they keep a person invested in what's going on, I see no issues with that. The elective classes felt a little short, but since I'm sure there will be a lot of elective classes throughout the school year, it makes sense to spread out what happens, and not cram every last detail into the demo.

1.) Classes I like all but will be going with Fire Dragon cant say much more coz its only firs day at school so introductions and some info about the class was done relay well.(go Lt. Surge so funny)

2.) Honestly none part was to long and boring played VN before and yours well Im surprised its your first game art is amazing story has nice flow not to long or boring but not just short to keep it moving so you already have great balance in the demo perfect for starting school life.

I loved the fact that Charmander is our first pokemon it just makes seance(not to mention charmeleon is my favorite ;) ) + kanto region default name red blue leaf need to say more

YES I DO you are definitely at the right path just keep going like this and the game will be greatest pokemon game ever.

1. I loved ground and normal Elective classes, because they had a nice and cozy atmosphere. My least favourite classes are ghost and bug, mainly because i had little interest in both the teachers and students attending them.

2. I can't think of anything that was too long, but in my opinion, the conversation with Leaf, right after obtaining the map, was a little short. It felt rushed, it would be better if you could put some sort of transition during the talk, so it would create an illusion of taking more time.

After playing every elective, I think:

1) I liked the Ground and Fire electives. I liked the teachers in both of them.
I disliked the Fairy and Bug electives. I disliked the teachers and students in both classes. I also don't like either of the two types.

2) I think the scene with Roxanne and Brawly with Cheren as a roomate felt long. Other than that, I can't think of anything that felt long or short.

1) As far as my favourite type elective goes, I have to give it to the Electric class because I was not expecting it and I was in stitches from the moment Surge entered the classroom. It was completely appropriate for a class about Electric types and it really left an impression on me. Other special mentions include: Fighting and Dragon.

There were some classes which I didn't outright dislike but just felt kind of....meh, either because it just fit the type or they just didn't get off the ground. This included: Water , Fire , Grass , Ground , Bug and Fairy. Any others not mentioned fell somewhere in between.

In terms of the characters specifically in the elective classes, I (somewhat unsurprisingly) felt that my favourite moment came from Tierno and Surge in the Electric class but I also liked Skyla's cute introduction in either the Psychic or Flying classes, Shauna unwittingly turning the tables on Clair in the Dragon class, the cringe-worthy japanese from Marshall-Sensei ( ) and Hilbert's sass in both of his classes. Also, snoring Flannery was just adorable. :D

2) I enjoyed the lunch scenes but I did feel that they kind of dragged on a little bit. However, that could be down to me having gone through them several times each before I found out about the wonders of the skip button. Same could be said for the Gym class.
