Depends. If you mean if a character's name is used in context during inner monologue by Red or used during dialogue, yes, it should count.

If its just a marker to represent who is speaking at some point during the scene, it really shouldn't count. The scenes are at least 2000 words for a reason, you are encouraged to exceed that minimum amount.

Has anything been written for a Sabrina route? And is there a due date?

Doesn't matter. Write whatever you want, just make sure your canonically(PAL Wise) treating the characters right.

No, there isn't a due date. Send it in when you think it's the way you like.

Hi! I wanted to know if the scenarios being made can be exclusive to the path I chose which is choosing Brendan as a roommate and hence having Tierno, Shauna, Trevor, May and Leaf in the gang. But we can make any scenario as long as it includes characters and information of events that have occurred till now right?

Hey I'm just wondering, are you still accepting writers? I just started playing the game and I couldn't stop. I wanted to help make the game longer so I could have more to play.

Yes, applications are still open.

I want to ask because I'm not sure:
in your 2 scenarios, I understand the fact we must write minimally 2000 words each. :geek:
So, can we (or must) make "specials parts" like: in the case (exemple) Red have 3 points or more of "appeal", the text become "Red grab the phone of Leaf hand's" to replace "Red doing anything" if he have less than 3 points ? :|

So can we (or must) make chooce parts like:
what direction take ?
-Cinema
-Library
-Arcade Center
-Let Leaf and May choose

So, if I have the time, I'm be happy to help ;)

Hi, we appreciate the enthusiasm, but if you cannot properly spell or use proper grammar, you will not be considered.

Those who speak English as a second language are welcome, just as long as the English is perfect or near perfect.

Well, that's a bit unfair on those that may have a slight literary impairment. Ones ability to spell doesn't affect their ability to create, there is a high chance they are full of creative ability. You lot aren't copy and pasting what they type in the forum straight into the VN so if the idea is sound then I don't see what the problem would be. Just seems like you are limiting yourselves.

To be honest, its more likely they're concerned with grammar than spelling. They don't want broken English, the administrators probably just want grammatically-correct sentences.

Since its a Visual Novel, players will be doing a lot of reading rather and language and communication is everything in word-based games likes PAL. Those small errors in language can cause problems and even cause confusion for readers who are trying to understand their responses.

While not exactly the same example, this year's release of Mass Effect: Andromeda is a great example of miscommunication of dialogue choices and communicating what the author is suggesting you might say.

With the loss of the Paragon/Renegade system from the classic trilogy, people have been complaining about how bad the dialogue choices can be, or how confusing and indifferent each dialogue choice is compared to one another. There is no real way for you to play a "bad" or a "good" Ryder like they did with "good/bad" - "Paragon/Renegade" Shepard.

Having better grammar improves the gaming experience overall.
