Well, it's good to see different opinions and choices, which I do agree to some extent. I fully understand that coding a ColorCode type test would be a pain in the ass, and lets face it, The PAL team have so much to do taking 2nd and 3rd year into account. What my personal opinion is, is that even if it's a simple ColorCode test and have 3 choices only. Now if there is certain events where the Pokemon given was shown, as long as it only shows the sprite and that the code name used on text just used the name either given or of the pokemon should suffice (when coding you can code "Conditionals" which gives you multiple choice answers, I believe the code used on Phyton for example is "if" , which then gives you the option of selecting a certain answer. Think of it as the usual 'True' & 'False' route of choice but you could also chain several tests together using "elif" giving you more than 1 or 2 choices, in this case 3), doesn't need some fancy artwork or sound effect behind the scene. I just think that would connect the player to the game even more by doing so.
Now, sorry for confusing anyone. I do understand that coding a 'personality test' would be a pain in the ass, not to mention the amount of trial & error it would take to be successful and not to mention any bugs that may arise. But if the choice was there and wouldn't affect the story-line, would it be something considered maybe in the future?
