So I've been wondering what are everyone's favorite spots in Pokemon? Towns, routes, caves, buildings, etc. I'll start with mine. I love the setting of Anistar City. The sundial was always a beautiful sight. It looked like a giant megastone! Or at least something related to Diancie. The town also gave a lot of feels. From the chiming music to the lonely old man you gift a young Pokemon to. It quickly became the place I idled in the most during Pokemon X. Ecruteak City was a close second. Ignoring Morty's trolling invisible floor gym, the fall maple leaves were a nice touch to the traditional Japanese style the place had going on. The city itself had a nice lore going on with it. And best of all, Ho-oh was there. Along with its festival like battle theme. And the city music was nostalgic there too. Though I do have to say the best variety was the anime's. |

My favorite place is the Strange House. 10/10 would live in there. And as a second place... 70/10 would visit every day. |

I always loved the Distortion World. Like, I wouldn't live there, but the place was so eerie and different. The colour scheme is great, the physics is great, the camera changing hadn't been done before at the time, islands and trees appearing and disappearing, the battles in there were awesome, lots of cool stuff. If we were talking about where I've spent most time, however, that'll probably be Lumiose, which, coincidentally, combines the best things from two other places: the scale and big city feel of Castelia City and all the things to do in Nimbasa City. Seroiusly, Castelia and Nimbasa always sort of seemed... mismatched? I mean, Castelia is supposed to the BIG city, but Nimbasa has a gym, an amusement park, the subway, a musical theatre, and two sport stadiums. What did Castelia have again? A gym and the battle company. And a café I guess? Nothing of interest anyway. |

I had to think long and hard about this to be honest but then I remembered that my favourite place in pokemon is definitely the Resort Area. While it doesn't have much, I always found it hard to complete the pokedex so finally getting access to this place felt like a great reward. I also love the feel of having your own villa and the fact that the Resort Area has the most powerful pokemon in the entire series, LEVEL 100 MAGIKARP And since everyone else is adding a second place, I guess I should too. The next would probably be Mount Silver, especially the peak. Again, there's not much there but the sheer feeling of accomplishment for getting there is what makes it worth it for me. Also, I was so excited for some reason when I found out that HGSS's Mount Silver could have diamond dust as a weather effect |

I have 3 favorite Spots in pokemon. The First one is Icirrus City. I liked this city since it was a good demonstration of the Season change feature in the games. My second was Driftveil, since it had the PWT in it My third is Coumarine City. I know this city isn't one of much importance, all you do in it is a gym battle and listen to two Conversations involving the Story but there was that house that played "An Unwavering Heart" also known as "Unwavering Emotions" which in my opinion is one of the Best Songs in the Pokemon Games. |

I've got to say this is my favorite tune in Pokemon X/Y. The tune is from Laverre City. |

I honestly do not know. It's quite difficult to choose, but if you accept regions, I'd say either the Kanto, Johto or Unova region. Definitely. |

Though I haven't thought of it in a long time, since pokemon Silver was my first ever pokemon game and it hosts most of my favorite ever places. First has to go to Azalea town since after all these years the theme still sticks to my mind. Second is probably Goldenrod, since the music is wonderful and the parody music video I've found of it makes it all the better. And the third has to be the Battle Frontier from Emerald, the music, and finally reaching there when I was little was the most incredible feeling ever, it truly felt like an amazing achievement and I was very disappointed the place was changed in ORAS. |

Hoenn route 113 has to be my favorite. The whole, "collect soot for items," thing, while maybe a bit tedious, is at least some sort of excuse to grind levels for a bit and hunt for a Skarmory. The secret base there is pretty cool too. The music's also good. |
