As the title suggests what area in any region of the pokemon games would be your place.
If I don't particularly make that come off clear I technically mean is that Red is all by himself ontop of mt. silver. So where would you reside?

Personally, I'd like to hide about in Newmoon Island. Not only is it where one of my favourite legendary and top 10 favourite Pokemon resides, Darkrai. I generally don't like to get interrupted or being active or social, as my family says "I prefer my own company" Typically I do think in certain circumstances I like my own company but I do like to talk to people every once in a while :P

Anyway, where would you all reside and why? :P

Either Nature Preserve or Pledge Grove, I just find them aesthetically pleasing locations and very interesting, quite remote too.

My location would be Spear Pillar. Residing with the gods of time and space would give me a sense of power and authority. Not to mention Arceus, would be like my room mate. The thought of having a god as my room mate seems amazing.

Either, as the previous person said, Spear Pillar, or the Bell/Tin Tower, since those are two of the tallest places in the games, and I would want my challenger to have to go through that and survive to be proven worthy to fight me.
