The game names her as Noir. As far as I'm aware, that's all we know. Although, I do have a sneaking suspicion that she might be related in some way to the gang happenings in Aspira. |

She'll be showing up more in the future, though I can't tell you what exactly she'll be doing. All you know about her right now is she apparently likes Duskull a lot. |

She's clearly the regional Champion. Fite me. The game mentions that Kobukan has a champion, after all. And I mean, look at all the other Champions; they all strike me as refined or noble in some way while Noir does not. She's a crass, blunt goth grill who's into ghosts, angers easily, and probably likes heavy metal. She's so painfully the exact opposite of a Champion that it makes her the only possible choice. |

Is she an original character of the artist's? I don't recognize her at all but I haven't played all the games or anything. So far she'd be the only OC, right? |
