GUYS GUYS GUYS, I figured it out. During the lunch conversation with both of the groups there is an option for a club that no one mentioned right? In one of them Theater is mentioned. What if Team Rocket is just the Theater kids I mean what is Team Rocket if not overly theatrical and dramatic right?

What do I think will happen? Here are a few options:

- Lt. Surge will continue torturing the class (except Tierno, whom he will build a friendship with).

- Team Rocket might be a group of students who failed their Kobukan exams and dropped out of the school to do evil things. Would be very cool if we had an option to join them somehow.

- Tierno might end up getting with Bianca, as they're both playful and crazy.

This are the first few things I can think of.

My only problem with Lt. Surge continuing to torture them, is that generally as one goes through basic/class, instructor's tend to let up and acknowledge you, both for your improvement and the fact you managed to stick it out.

***Side-note, Lt. Surge must have been a field promotion from NCO ranks into Commissioned Officer ranks. It's a small thing, but Officers aren't the ones who do the training at boot camp.
