Did anyone else notice that in the airport scene there's a flight that says Otto region. This isin't really valid it might just be my bad sight that there's a picture at the left corner of a starter possibly fakemon. This leads me to believe either we might see this Otto region at one point or this is a very wild guess that Pokémon Visual is working on another game centering around the Otto region. Or there's the possibility that I'm overthinking this and that its just a cool easter egg that the developers decided to include. Plz if anyone has anything or a critic or another piece to this theory tell me plz I wanna figure out the mystery.

Interesting observation, I personally have my doubts that we'll get to see fakemons, though I actually wouldn't mind the idea to be honest. Otto would probably be the home region of a OC in the game and you'd probably get a chance to see it if you befriend the character, though we're still not sure if we will get any more details than the list of regions on the airport. I have my doubts, but if they went ahead to add an original region on the list rather than Orre as an easter egg, there's a chance it might be a hint.

I went back to check your observations on v1.0.3 recently.

I can't confirm a Otto Region anywhere in the scene foreground, but, there is a lot of details that can be overlooked in the background. I still need to take the time to inspect the backgrounds of the Inspira City scene between Blue and Red.

There is a lot to dig into. Though, based on what you described - it could just be the sign of "Kanto Air" being cutoff. The mascot seems to be Articuno. Also on closer inspection, the mascot could be a cyan-colored Pidgeot.

Other things I did note under closer inspection, a Johto flight is cutoff in the far left top of the scene backdrop. The Orre Region is actually the only non-mainline Pokemon region featured in Pokemon Academy Life at this point.

There are two places where flights from "Phenac City, Orre" is featured. They are on the center and far right flight display screens.

Though it is an interesting idea to explore what other parts of the world could go mentioned in the future of the game. Maybe the regions from the Pokemon Ranger games could get featured. It's all possibility and speculation at this point.

The only "made up" location in the airport background is the Kobukan region.
