Psychic is one of eighteen known Pokémon types.
Combat
Offensively, Psychic-type attacks are strong against Fighting and Poison Pokémon, weak against Psychic and Steel Pokémon, and do not affect Dark Pokémon.
Defensively, Psychic-type Pokémon are strong against Fighting and Psychic attacks and weak against Bug, Dark and Ghost attacks.
