Fairy is one of eighteen known Pokémon types.

Combat

Offensively, Fairy-type attacks are strong against Dark, Dragon and Fighting Pokémon and weak against Fire, Poison and Steel Pokémon.

Defensively, Fairy-type Pokémon are unaffected by Dragon attacks, strong against Bug, Dark and Fighting attacks, and weak against Poison and Steel attacks.
