Ground is one of eighteen known Pokémon types.
Combat
Offensively, Ground-type attacks are strong against Electric, Fire, Poison, Rock and Steel Pokémon, weak against Bug and Grass Pokémon, and do not affect Flying Pokémon.
Defensively, Ground-type Pokémon are unaffected by Electric attacks, strong against Poison and Rock attacks, and weak against Grass, Ice and Water attacks.
